God, it’s been nearly a month since my last post! Really, rather than a lack of anything to blog about, this has genuinely been because there is such a profusion of stuff to put up here that it makes my brain go apoplectic.
In this month, I have disseminated my poetic practice through the following forms – curating, print, installation, performance, live drawing and music, chinese whispers, engraving, workshops, painting and penguins.

This week I will top-up the blog with images and reports on the lot. Meantime, here’s a wee sample…

Me, accompanied by extraordinary swift drawing from Sketchybeast and Neil Keeting, orchestrated by Sam Meech and with music by Sarah Nicolls.
.NJ with Live Drawing at RIF

A fantastic addition to the school desk project, by Phil Marsden.
My poems, with beautiful, awkward and intricate settings by Scott Spencer, exhibited in the Lost Soul and Stranger Service Station gallery at the Bluecoat. Last showing Tuesday 6-8pm.

As ever.  I would love to hear from anyone who is interested – or, indeed interesting – regarding any of these projects… the school tables project is still running and looking for contributors, I am always interested in collaborators etc, and the prints from the Apport exhibition are almost certainly for sale.

More information on all of this to follow.
